Hosting
Die Seite wird bei Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) gehostet. Anbieter ist die Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten, um die Seite auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Datei, die übertragene Datenmenge sowie Angaben zu Browser und Betriebssystem. Eine Auswertung dieser Daten durch den Betreiber findet nicht statt.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Das berechtigte Interesse liegt in einer sicheren und schnellen Auslieferung der Seite. Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste. Schriften und alle übrigen Dateien liegen auf demselben Server wie die Seite. Inhalte von Google, sozialen Netzwerken oder anderen Anbietern werden nicht geladen.
Spielstände und Einstellungen im Browser
Die Demo speichert Spielstände und Einstellungen, etwa die gewählte Sprache, im lokalen Speicher des Browsers (localStorage). Diese Daten bleiben auf dem eigenen Gerät und werden weder an den Betreiber noch an Dritte übertragen. Die Speicherung ist für das selbst gestartete Spiel technisch erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Die Daten lassen sich jederzeit über die Einstellungen des Browsers löschen.
Kontakt per E-Mail
Bei einer Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail werden die E-Mail-Adresse und der Inhalt der Nachricht verarbeitet, um die Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). E-Mails an [email protected] werden über Cloudflare an ein Postfach bei Google (Gmail) weitergeleitet. Die Nachrichten werden gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.
Rechte der betroffenen Personen
Betroffene Personen haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung ihrer Daten, auf Datenübertragbarkeit sowie auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO). Eine formlose E-Mail an die oben genannte Adresse genügt. Außerdem besteht ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde.

This site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data in order to deliver it and protect it from attacks: IP address, date and time, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, and information about browser and operating system. The operator does not analyse this data.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in delivering the site securely and quickly. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place. Further information can be found in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and all other files are served from the same server as the site. No content is loaded from Google, social networks or other providers.
Save games and settings in the browser
The demo stores save games and settings, such as the selected language, in the browser’s local storage. This data remains on the user’s own device and is not transmitted to the operator or any third party. Storing it is technically necessary for the game the user starts (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). The data can be deleted at any time in the browser settings.
Contact by email
When contact is made by email, the email address and the content of the message are processed in order to answer the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Emails to [email protected] are forwarded via Cloudflare to a mailbox at Google (Gmail). Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of their data, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). An informal email to the address above is sufficient. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
